Resign karne par?
Bahrain mein resign karne par gratuity poori milti hai, koi katauti nahi.
SIO ka naya nizam
1 March 2024 se company har mahine SIO ko end of service ka paisa jama karti hai. Naukri chhorne par 1 March 2024 ke baad wala hissa SIO se claim hota hai. Us se pehle wala hissa company khud deti hai.
Leave aur notice
Saal mein 30 din chhutti (har mahine 2.5 din). Notice kam az kam 30 din.
